Class management

With the Class Information System it is very easy to manage all your classes. You can get an overview of the presence/absence of attendees and there are also options to track payments (for example with the integrated punchcard system).



Actions for this class

The Customers use the app to send the instructor their presence/absence and reserve a spot/equipment (very handy for classes with limited equipment). Classi creates a nice photographical overview that shows important data like their birthday, medical conditions, attendance history, etc.

With the attendance statistics you get an insight into possible retention, get in touch with the customer to improve the relationship, you can lower retention by at least 50% by giving that little extra attention to those students.

Information about the class attendees

Classi keeps track of all the important information of your class attendees. This way you never miss a birthday, you are always up to date with medical conditions and learning names of class attendees has never been so easy with the photographical attendance overview.

The participant can change their personal information any time, so your class database is always up to date.

Send Push notifications

Send push notifications to individual students or complete groups is super easy. Select the group/person you want to send a message to and within 5 minutes they will receive the push message. Scheduling a push message (for example as a class reminder), is also possible.



Every association has a group of students who are less active. By improving the contact and engagement you can increase the amount of students in your class.

Peredioc updates

The technology changes quickly, therefore it is very important to maintain the app. The updates will be downloaded automatically. This way we can gurantee that the app is always compatible with the latest version of iOS and Android

Every year we will expand the app with new features that were created by demand of the instructors and clients, if you have any great feature, share it with us and if your feature gets implemented you get Classi Pro for free!

Security on the highest level

We do everything to store the personal data of our customers with the highest security level. Maintenance and security is our main priority.


Secure connections

We use SSL connections to secure all the data that is being sent from the app to the server. It is also possible to block a Classi account when seperate phones login to your account at the same time, for example if your login data should be used without permission

Our Servers are located in the Netherlands and work under the Dutch law.

To ensure that no data is lost unexpectedly, we back up all the data every night.

Set alerts to see when every user receives a message and also to see when they use the app. You can always know for sure that everyone has read the message.

Email purchase confirmation ClassiCards

When purchasing a new ClassiCard, the participant will automatically receive a confirmation email.
